About Us

INTRODUCTION

Aman Ekta Samaj Committee (AESC) is a community-oriented society working to promote education, health awareness and social welfare among underserved and economically vulnerable communities. The organization works at the grassroots level with a focus on dignity, inclusion, community participation and practical support for people who face barriers to basic services and opportunities. During the reporting period, AESC continued community outreach and strengthened its focus on education support, health-related assistance, awareness activities and welfare-oriented initiatives.

Monitoring, Transparency & Documentation

AESC aims to maintain activity registers, attendance sheets, photographs, beneficiary records, supporting bills/vouchers and programme notes. For donor, CSR or statutory reporting, programme-wise financial statements and verified beneficiary numbers should be attached from the society’s official records.

Key Priorities for 2026–27

Expand education support for talented students who cannot continue higher education because of financial hardship.
Develop structured health-awareness and community-support programmes with local institutions and service providers.
Strengthen volunteer and membership networks across Ganwan and nearby areas.
Promote skill development, stitching/embroidery/craft training and livelihood-oriented opportunities.
Build institutional partnerships and CSR/donor relationships for sustainable programmes.
Maintain stronger documentation, beneficiary records, photographs, attendance sheets and outcome reports for every activity.

From the Secretary’s Desk

The year 2025–2026 was a year of community service, humanitarian support and collective responsibility.

Our committee believes that an organisation becomes meaningful when it reaches people during their most difficult moments. During this year, we focused on practical assistance to vulnerable individuals and families.

Two major initiatives were particularly important:

1. Support for a young accident victim who lost both hands.
2. Support for a poor girl’s marriage.

These activities demonstrate our commitment to serving society with compassion, dignity and responsibility.

We look forward to expanding our welfare activities in the coming year with greater community participation.

Our Objectives

Promote access to education and higher-education opportunities for children and youth from financially weaker families.
Create awareness on preventive health, hygiene, nutrition and access to basic health services.
Provide need-based welfare support to elderly persons, widows, poor families and other vulnerable community members.
Encourage youth and volunteers to participate in community service, cleanliness, environment and awareness activities.
Promote women’s participation, dignity, safety and access to social-development opportunities.
Build partnerships with schools, institutions, donors, volunteers and other stakeholders for sustainable community development.
